the communication and organization is horrible. I was told that the appt was 8am so I was here like 10min prior, I get to registration they had the room full with 1 registrar then opened a 2nd one which helped tremendously. the registrar I had wasnt very friendly, but not ignorant just bland no laughing smiling etc. I get to my testing area and sit a good half hour before asking what's going on, to be told appt was 930!! so I got up early to travel a good hour to sit and wait due to someone's miscommunication and unorganizat... read more

Exorbitant fees by doctors in ER who simply “read tests” but did not treat. $1000 to put your initials to a read test result is exorbitant. No affiliation with an accredited health system is a red flag.
They don't care about their patients.

Truly patient-centered care! Everyone from the doctors, to the nurses and registrars were friendly and helped to soothe the pre-testing nerves. Would definitely recommend for excellent care.
I recomend this hospital and ER. I was in their ER on Wednesday for severe abdominal pain and found out exactly what was going on and within minutes, Dr. Moon, general surgeon was in my room. I had surgery 2 days later. The nurses from ambulatory surgery thru pacu were nice. Rose was a favorite. Great treatment from the whole staff.
l cannot thank all the staff for such wonderful care and kindness. They made me comfortable and explained all the test I had today. Thanks so much it was a lot for me today
