Had an appt today at 10 am with Sebastian. I went right at 10 and shop is locked and closed. Called and no answer. Waited 20 min outside and still nothing. I called last week and made the appt. I guess thats what I get for wanting to try a new place. Waste of time... needed the haircut today. I could have made an appt elsewhere. Not saying the place is bad or the other barbers but this is my 1st experience and with this specific barber. It is a wait when you first go in but after my first time there my barber (Jordan) gave me his card (like I'm sure the rest them do) and it made it easier to make a appointment and show up, but even if you have to wait a bit, they make it worth it with great hair cuts!
