Today I went to champs for the first time had little to no wait and got a haircut with Matt and my cut was on point! From the moment I sat down and he consulted with me on what I wanted I knew I was in good hands! I’ll definitely be back I recommend Matt first chair on the left!
I went to the Champs Barber Shop off Culebra and finally found a real barber shop. Edward was very professional and he made me feel like I was back at home in Puerto Rico. They need their own Facebook page.
What the hack is that. Went in for a haircut and asked the guy to EDGE my beard. But what I got on my beard was... a hack of a job. I mean, I could of lopped off my beard that I’ve been growing out for 5 months in my bathroom. Don’t go here. WTF SMH. IM PISSED. DONT!!!!!!!!
Best professionalism I ever seen in a barber shop. Pretty easy, set a appointment and get seen at scheduled time. Not to mention how I feel like a new man when I walk out of there every time. Highly recommend!!
Finally decided to give them another shot after staying away for two years. I must say they have definitely made tremendous changes. Barbers were actually busy cutting heads and not chatting it up or talking on there cell phones. They were very professional, except for the occasional cussing around my 7 year old, but that’s to be expected in today’s society. It took every part of me to go back but this time it actually wasn’t that bad. I do recommend and I will be going back. Hopefully nothing changes.

Had multiple appointments with multiple barbers and they do not keep up with their appointment times. They are unprofessional and i will not be returning there ever again. “Joe” and “barber” are the worst when it comes to customer service and dependability.
