Price starts $27. We didn't ask for any additional services and were charged $30. Prices are steep for service recieved. Issac was not very friendly. Won't go back.
Recommended1st time getting mine and my son's haircut Isaac and the other barber were super cool and fade/cut was on point, didnt wait long, and made me feel like I was a regular.
Called to make an appointment for my husband and was told they don't make appointments over the phone. I was then informed that they have 13 barbers on deck and only one person waiting. My husband left immediately and was there in under 5 minutes. He signed in and then set down to wait. In 20 minutes 4 or 5 people walked in and told they didn't need to sign in and were bumped in front of him. Frustrated, he ended up leaving.

I’ve been a loyal Champs customer for 3 years now. Always a Great Cut!.... where’s the Beer, I was told multiple times that the frosty beverages were coming back?! 🍻 Recently visited the Culebra location. Happy to see business is good. Bring back the 🍻
Had a terrible cut at the Potranco location, went to the Alamo ranch location and Edward heard me out and fixed my cut, then promised 2 free cuts after. I waited a few weeks and contacted Edward and even set an appointment over a week ahead of time. The day before my appt he lets me know he won’t be in town... so I wait, try to schedule another appointment for the same day and get the run around.
