Had the best experience at Championship yesterday. I told Micah Cox what I wanted, and he found the perfect car for me. He made the process so easy. When I had questions after I left, they invited me back to the dealership where Tyler B and Micah helped me figure out the features on my car, but Ronnie Dunn was no help. <—-inside joke. If you need a car go check out Micah Cox at Championship! Go see Tyler B too! Not only will they sell you a car, they make you laugh!
Although the staff is very helpful and prompt on helping, I was not impressed with the aftermath of purchasing a vehicle from here. I was allowed to test drive a certain vehicle off the lot and return the next day, however did not go with that choice. The car I ended up purchasing was different. After purchasing, found out vehicle has an electrical problem. Headlights, turn signals, and everything regarding tire sensors/pressure is off. One day headlights work, next they don’t. Kendra, sorry you feel that way. Just an update, we recently changed out our management. Also, one of the owners is now the General Manager here, so he's here to oversee every visit. Sorry you had a poor experience last year. However, to be fair, we did disclose the condition of this vehicle in the AS-IS forms you signed. We don't know what else we could have done.
