I see why all the reviews are negative. I came in for an oil change due to the location being so convenient and I should’ve just gone to my regular place. After I left my car started making a crazy noise it’s never made before and my oil light kept coming on and off. Come to find out when I got an oil change they never even put any oil in my car LOL. Went for the first time on 6/29/18, charged $5 to remove the skid plate (never pay that at Firestone), within a week while I was out of town the check oil light was going off, and yesterday I had a oil leak. Turns out they put in the filter on properly because “it is in a tight spot and my hand even got stuck.” I won’t be returning, went to this location over Firestone because they had no wait and I was in a rush but I’ll wait next time at my neighborhood Firestone where they do quality work regardless of what it is.

I love this store and the guys who work there. They always explain everything to me, show me the parts that they need to replace or what work needs to be done. Gives me advance notice when routine maintenance needs to be done.
Went in for my full synthetic oil change excepting to pay $49.99 + plus tax. Ended up paying $74 because supposedly the last place didn't use the right oil filter, and the right one was $8 more. Then on my receipt I see they charged $5 to remove the skid plate. Which was not mentioned as extra fee. So in actuality I didn't save any money.
