Friendly and helpful
We stopped in to see what they had. We're about 5-6 years out but have started looking to get ideas on our forever home. Rob walked around with us, at first I didn't like that, but he was very respectful of our time, allowed us to roam at our leisure and it ended up being a great thing because we were able to ask questions about the home we were in, instead of waiting at the end after going through numerous homes and tryin to remember what our questions were about which home. My wife and I just recently closed on a home from the champion homes dealer in supply, nc. Phenomenal people to work with and they were extremely helpful. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a home stop by and chat with them you won't be disappointed.
Manager has quit there. After investing thousands in fees. They never ordered the test needed for loan. GM manger Blaine ordered to refund me position of my money because of their failure to order test necessary for obtain loan. Buyer beware
