Friendly and helpful
We stopped in to see what they had. We're about 5-6 years out but have started looking to get ideas on our forever home. Rob walked around with us, at first I didn't like that, but he was very respectful of our time, allowed us to roam at our leisure and it ended up being a great thing because we were able to ask questions about the home we were in, instead of waiting at the end after going through numerous homes and tryin to remember what our questions were about which home.
