Was negotiating today with Champion Ford in Owensboro, KY on a vehicle trade. We couldn't agree on price vs trade for a vehicle I was searching for, so they take it upon themselves to call my auto insurance company and report someone was trying to trying to make a "fraudulent purchase." Being the Dick Tracy detectives they are, they came to this assumption because I made the mistake of sending them a copy of my insurance card, only because it contained the VIN number. I have purchased 2 cars from Champion Ford and have received a fantastic deal and exceptional customer service each and every time. James Monateras was a great sales representative both times I worked with him.
My elderly parents bought a used Taurus from Champion Ford, and I am so thankful they did. The experience was easy for my parents, and the salesman was very patient. It took awhile for my father to get used to his car, and every time he had a question (there were many after the sale) the salesman was always glad to walk him through the answers. Thank you Champion Ford!
This dealership is wonderful! I visited a week ago, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I want to buy a new Fusion, and the salesman, John, was very helpful, taking me for a test drive and talking me through payment options as a recent college graduate. Once I am ready to buy the car, I will definitely be going to Champion to buy it!
We got a good deal on our lincoln and the guys were awesome. My husband likes the quick lube dept.
Ford is the only way to go!
I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else. I have always enjoyed dealing with champion. My family has also bought vehicles from them. They always make you feel like family when you come in. Hands down....a great car dealership !!!
