I was rooked by this establishment. Took my car in to get the computer programmed and a key made and programmed. Needless to say since my battery was dead in the car I took their word for it that the work was completed. The issue however was not resolved turns out the computer was never programmed nor the key. I paid full price for the programming and for a programmed key and received neither. Called several times to speak with a manager just to always get a voicemail. Quick Lane is just that! Quick! In and out with courtesy shuttle if you need to be somewhere and your car isn't finished yet. Great people and great prices.
I bought a used car and I didn't notice that the tag was expired and they didn't tell me. Luckily I noticed it before I got pulled over for expired tags but only after driving around for 2 weeks on it. They fixed the problem with a temporary tag that I had to drive back to Owensboro and get, which they did put gas in my car but didn't fill it up. I recently took a friend to Henderson to buy a car. The salesman said "I'm not complaining, but most of my customers are from Owensboro, and I was wondering why you can't buy a car in Owensboro", and I was SO GLAD to tell them!!!
Don't buy from this place. They do not stand by their so called best warranty "bumper to bumper". Rudd garage technicians. Not a good place to do business with.
