I'm a few months late on this review (about 9) Absolutely loved the service. Was met outside by Scott Saye right when I pulled up into the lot. He pretty much cut to the chase and found out what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. Excellent choice of vehicle. Knock on wood, I haven't had a single issue with the truck since I bought it in January. I'm impressed with how "at home" all of the employees make you feel.
I just got off of the phone with Duke Brubaker. He actually took the time to call me because he heard I had some complications with the vehicle I just purchased. He listened to every single concern I had and tried to address everything. I know we bought a used car and there will be issues but to me the biggest issue is customer service. These guys are straight shooters. Came in today from out of town for my pro fight. Told them exactly what I expected for my Chevy truck trade in and what I wanted to pay for the new Cadillac. We got everything squared away fast. Andrew Davis was the sales man and I didn't exactly make his job hard lol. Finance manager was also a good guy. Best off won my fight by tko and now I'm driving home in style! Message me fellas if you want an action shot with me and my new Cadillac for your page! Thanks again!!!!
