Terrible service experience! My truck was there almost two weeks as they replaced one part after another only to still not know what’s wrong with it $2000 later!! Needless to say I took it somewhere else!

In the state of Kentucky a car or truck can be sold ,driven away by the new owner, traded back in on something else and then resold by the dealer as new as long as a title was never issued on the vehicle. F T C regulations classify it as a used vehicle. I recently bought a truck at Champion and found out a few days after purchase that I am now the owner of a new pre owned truck. At Champion, we advertise our No Regrets Sales Experience which includes a 72 hour exchange policy. The truck you purchased was not used, it was just driven home and the guy changed his mind.
