Much, Much improved! Both times I've bought new vehicles have been smooth with no real issues. I will say they did improve a lot in the last two years since I bought my first one! They're much better at disseminating need to know information this time around. I was impressed with the Sync guy showing me how to use the features in this new Taurus.
