We took my wife's Fusion in for some recalls and to have a spare key made. Keep in mind that the key was the MAIN purpose in the visit. After 3 to 4 hours they called my wife and said they had to order the key. She made the appointment a week in advance. After both of us taking time off work to drop the car off and them working on the car all day and at the end of the visit we still only have one key. Here's what I found out: Your car had 3 recalls plus the check engine light diagnosis that took 4 hours to complete. You all turned down the engine fix and we recommend you get that fixed soon. Regarding the key, the car was not purchased here and has never been here for service that I could find. So we just can't assume what kind of key your car needed prior to your visit. I was able to trade my 2012 Escape for a New 2020 Escape. I was treated very nice by the entire staff. My Salesman was really good
they don;t listen they do what they want and you have to pay and they don't care
Went in because USAA told me they were a preferred dealer to fix my Subaru when someone hit the side of my car all the way down the drivers side. They gave it back without all the bolts on the driver door. It was hanging off and didn’t line up right. Had to wait a week before they could get it back in. They stained the headliner because hey had to hold onto the sunroof apparently to install and had to be taken back to be cleaned from the grease.
