Good location, easy check-in, timely service. State of the art xray equipment. Dr Smalley took time to show me the results of my knee X-rays & go over all the treatment options. I followed up with his NP Lacey both she & her nurse took plenty of time with me.
Dr. Smalley has always been upfront with the treatment, gentle and kind. Thank you.
He's always taken very good care of me. He's right on each time. One of this establishments best doctors.
While we have seen other doctors at CSMO for other issues, this was the first time we had met Dr. Smalley. He was kind, patient and gave me opportunity to tell him about my shoulder. And he knew the right questions to ask in order to help understand my specific problem. He set me at ease quickly. He showed me my X-ray and explained it doesn't require surgery, which was a relief.
