This place sucks! they rob customers os their money . They are very nice in the beginning , after you placed your deposit or ask for a refund they avoid your calls , emails etc... I was told it would take 60 days it is now over 120days. Still no REFUND!!! I can my procedure because i didn't feel safe with company. They are so unprofessional.
Did my breast augmentation with Dr. Frieman on May 24, I thought I was going to be in so much pain but nope not bad at all. My coordinator was Sofia sheâs great answers emails quickly. My results are amazing they look so good and so natural. I will be back for a tummy tuck when I finish having kids.
Let me start by saying that Iâm on my third coordinator. A lady named Madeline who has never spoken to me. I emailed her multiple times and called but she is always busy. The previous 2 coordinators were about as responsive as this one. I have not had surgery yet and the jury is still out. But I have trust issues with a place that has poor customer service and with my unknown coordinador. Hopefully the dr. Is better and can change my opinion of this place.
I like it. I'm very satisfy and I'm planning to come back many times more.
