Worst customer service and refund department I’ve ever dealt with. CG Cosmetics has been a complete disappointment. Their customer service is unprofessional, unresponsive, and gives misleading information. The refund department is even worse, constant delays, excuses, and promises that are never kept. Dr. Scott Loessin completely BOTCHED my surgery. on 06/28/23. I am still having health issues to this day. I paid for things I am now finding out were NOT done as a part of my contract. I have called several times to CG and NOONE calls back, follows up, nothing. YOU ARE A MONEY GRAB for them. THAT'S IT. Everyone speaks broken English. Some of the staff none at all!. I am a physician and an attorney, I have to agree, they are scammers, my fiance had surgery and they did not perform all the work, but are refusing to refund any money. Do not go to this clinic, it is very unorganized and unprofessional, the manager and the front office employees are useless,,,, I have reported them to the Attorney General for Fraud and am initiating a medial malpractice claim against the Dentist whos name is Dr. Sandrine Reboul.
They are scammers. They say they have a refund policy, but if you have to cancel your procedure and actually ask for a refund, you will not see your money! I have been waiting for a long time and they just send me lame excuses and empty promises. I will not pay those interest charges! They will.
Don’t waste your money they will rush your surgery and gives you horrible scarring and deformities in order to get the next patient quickly
Dr. Freiman did an amazing job i would definitely recommend him.
Please stay as far away as you possibly can. Your coordinator is going to act like a pushy car salesman for you to schedule your procedure. Then they will tell you to put a deposit and in my case they absolutely refused to schedule until I paid for my surgery upfront and in full. (10,000 plus) During the pre-op it was discovered that I was not a candidate for a procedure due to an underlined health condition. Think again before choosing CG Cosmetic Surgery . They don't care about people or their well being. The Department of Health needs to investigate them. They are doing more than 3 surgeries a day per doctor. They see 50-100 patients a day, so I only can imagine how many patients surgeries are scheduled for tomorrow...they only care about your money not your health. Rush you out of recovery in 25 minutes in order to get the next victim in there. Rethink this.
