The Gentle man that waited on me and my mom was very courteous an Friendly. He had an upright freezer that we had been looking for, and made us a great deal on it along with delivery. And was able to have it here in an hours time on that particular Day. Kelvin is very nice to deal with. Will go back there for appliance repairs when needed or if i ever need to buy another appliance again at a good price
