RecommendedExcellent service!!! Bought a water heater, got it set up and it had a bad heating element. Let them know, he came to the house, removed and replaced the element himself to make it right! Highly recommend!!!
We purchased a hot water heater for my dads house, the first one didn’t work so they came and installed another one. He made it right and I can’t thank him enough for everything!!!!

They do not fix there appliances (with in the 2 month warranty) if there is a problem. We bought one appliance and will not buy our 2nd appliance here. Called 3 times and scheduled an appointment for someone to come and fix the problem and nothing happened for weeks. Very unprofessional! Also the store looks nothing like the pictures on here.
I purchased a refrigerator with a ice maker that came with a 60 day warranty and have called over 5 times because the ice maker(the reason I brought it) doesn't work and everytime I call they ask the same thing what is the model number I tell them then they say someone is going to come fix it and that hasn't happened yet and the warranty is almost up. the people were very nice, but the dryer I bought quit heating right after my warranty run out. have called to get it repair, willing to pay. so customer service is not one of their good points.
I purchased a dryer from them and have had issues with the dryer ever since I bought it. They have been out twice to fix the dryer and it stills keeps having the same issue. I don’t think I had the dryer a whole year yet. Now it has stopped working again my warranty is up and I will have to pay 65 dollars to have them look at the dryer. Unacceptable now I have to buy a whole new dryer
