If you are lucky enough to have CPM to manage your property, you should rest assured you are in good hands, which is exceedingly rare for Property Management.

As the other reviewers have expressed, Alberto and this management company are rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and uncaring. Please save yourself the money and energy and go with literally anyone else. My husband and I own a unit in one of the buildings that he manages and my friends live in another building that he manages on the same street we have all experienced similar issues-things go unrepaired (see photo of the "repaired" gutter that has been doing this since Irma-yes the hurricane that happened 3 years ago!)
