The project went very well. This is the second project that Certified has performed on my home. I needed all of the copings, scupper boxes, and downspouts replaced, as they were damaged by another contractor. Certified came out to inspect, and the technician walked me through the work that would need to be performed. I had a very positive experience working with Certified. They were very professional and responsive to any questions, concerns and requests we had. Certified Incorporated, Highland, MD, just replaced the entire roof on my house. In addition, about seven years ago they replaced the roof on my very large shed. Both times they were very professional, and did an excellent job. I am very pleased, and would highly recommend them.

This company replaced the roof on my parents' house in December. We were so pleased with their work we contracted with them last month to also cap the trim boards and install new gutters and downspouts. The costs for both projects were well within the expected range common for this area and the magnitude of each job. I give Certified Inc. my highest/strongest recommendation; very pleased w/their workmanship and quality/look of the finished job. They re-roofed our house (cedar shakes to ************************/charcoal black asphalt shingles), installed a cricket (water diverter between roof and chimney) and replaced builder-grade gutters and downspouts with 6" gutters and downspouts. Certified Incorporated installed a new roof on our house in a highly professional way. Their expert crew accomplished the job in 11/2 days. They took care to cover bushes, etc. that could have been damaged during the work. They also cleaned up promptly. We chose them from a review from our neighbor and we received an excellent, detailed explanation of the job from the owner. I highly recommend them!
