I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The person who answered the phone claimed his name was Ricky. Okay, so let's just go with that!. BIZARRE interactions: We were set to install on 8/18/23. After the window of arrival, one person shows up confused on the scope of work. We both, perplexed, wait to see if teams arrive. We call the salesman, he says the entire crew was in an accident and in the hospital. I immediately worried my doors were then damaged and relay that. Certified, Inc. boasts a Five-Star warrantee from the shingle manufacturer. To help me see shingle colors on actual houses, Certified, Inc. directed me to local houses whose roofs they had done in those colors. Scheduling was easy, and the work was done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. The whole experience was much smoother than I had expected.

I highly recommend Certified, Inc., Columbia, Maryland for any roof projects. They worked on my house in October, 2020, and installed a beautiful, ******* synthetic slate on my house's 6600 square foot roofing area.
