Certified Inc. was great to work with and did an outstanding job on our roof. They have a hard working crew and got our roof replacement scheduled very quick. The owner and project manager kept us up to date on the progress throughout the replacement of our roof. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Great communication, beautiful roof. The company had comparable rates and excellent warranty, and their office called every week before the project to confirm the status of the project. In this area communication with contractors is usually horrible, so this was highly appreciated. My only complaint is the way their contract explains the charges for the pricing of roof deck replacing. By the time I connected with Certified, I had already gone through at least 3-4 window presentations. If your not familiar with the process, it's mostly full of high pressure sales tactics and overprices proposals. The folks at Certified did not take the approach. The owner of the company came out to do the survey. His approach was simple: we will provide you with quality windows at a fair price and customer service to ensure your satisfied. The total experience with Certified Incorporated was pleasant and hassle free. The sales representative, Tom, was very informative on the processes, methods, material selection, and comparative cost of the work I wanted done. With Covic 19 set off instability, my husband and I were iffy about replacing the siding. After four other estimates, Tom K****, from Certified, Inc. was the last estimator we were going to meet. Tom was so informative of the materials and professional. The estimate was appealing with detailed job descriptions and great warranties for the materials and labor, we add on the roof, gutter, and downspouts replacements on top of the siding replacement. We selected Certified Inc after getting only a few quotes in the area. We overall picked them because they were certified in the CertainTeed specific shingle that our HOA had approved, they indicated they could do a quick turn around, and they were a reasonable price compared to the other estimates we received. Overall, they held to all of those. They replaced the roof on our Townhouse quickly, in the time frame indicated, and the price was exactly as advertised in the initial quote given. Certified responded immediately after I had wind damage to my roof and made temporary repairs. They assisted me with the insurance claim and replaced the roof quickly. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. Their crew that installed the roof were very professional and took great care with my lawn and landscaping, cleaning up as they went. They cleared the lawn and gardens of nails several times. I was very happy with their work.
