Excellent service. Antwan has been servicing my mother's home HVAC for the last four years in a very professional manner. Always on time and very thorough. One concern, I had to reschedule a January appointment for my home HVAC bi-annual service and only could get a date in July to reschedule it. Wish for a more flexible scheduling.

We apologize for the scheduling issues and don't want to make excuses but I will give an explanation. 2020 wrecked our maintenance program. About 90% of our plan customers rescheduled at least one of their visits last year due to Covid. That's roughly 1700 customers, when that happened it pushed our schedule too far out. We currently have 4 new maintenance techs in training to help catch up.
Can't say enough about David & each and every person at CCC. It's very impressive to have such a great team by your side. Everyone is on the same page, double checks work & goes over all the information about the install process. Worth every cent. They are loyal, dependable & honest about their work. We felt comfortable with each tech & installer that came in our home. 100% recommend CCC to anyone looking to get their unit replaced or serviced. Dependable companies that go above & beyond still exist & this is one of them!
