Have a 2-year-old new system they installed came out to do their yearly service and said I needed a part that cross over $300 when my contract says all parts are warrantied for 10 years they do not honor their contracts We were out on 10/3 to perform maintenance. Customer believe they had lost freon and wanted whole system look over. We also quoted him to renew his maintenance plan. ** broken down on Sunday evening. I was told they don't provide weekend on-call service. They advertise on the internet that they do! We live in ******, al. *** 92 today. I'm furious!! We do provide weekend on call service and had techs working. Hoping to get more information like address or phone number so I can call customer.
Certified Climate Control was our go to ********** for 10 years. They were High integrity and did excellent work. Sadly, that all changed this past year. Not only did they s**** up multiple times doing work at our house, but at the point that we needed a new AC system they gave us a price that was thousands of dollars high, they tried to add extras that we didnt need, and they inflated the price and value of the work that they were going to do. This review is not fair to us. We unfortunately should have kept to no longer servicing your home. Your units under a parts warranty and we never told you it was not. The estimate we left all stated, parts warranty repair but there is labor to do the repair. Unfortunately, we cannot be as cheap as your friend. Also, to note the repair estimate for $2,700 was based off worst case scenario. Just in case we get out and the unit is fully out of refrigerant, that would be your price. *** ****** came to look at our garbage disposal and after checking it out decided that we needed a new one. He installed it quickly and gave us the info that accompanied the disposal. My AC unit was not functioning properly and the air was not cooling at all. I called CCC and a technician came to my house the same day! Mr. ***** H. was the technician assigned to my house and I can tell that he did a great job. He went through all the issues of my unit and paperwork. Since 2015, Serviced all 3 units yearly except 2020 due to Covid. Stopped using Certified Climate Control (CCC) after our annual service on July 16, 2024 for all 3 heat pumps. They also gave us estimates for additional work needed on our 2 ton unit (7yrs old) & 3 ton unit (9yrs old). It took over 3 weeks before I finally got a representative to explain the estimate of over $3,000 for repairs plus added service which might be needed on the 3 ton unit. On July 16th we did complete the maintenance on all three of this customer's units. Our technician in the invoice stated that the System in the garage was not cooling as well as it should and after checking the refrigerant charge, discovered the system was low on charge. He also stated that he took a picture under the coil and saw an oil stain which normally indicates the location of the leak. I think certified climate control was a blessing. We had absolutely no air-conditioning on a 90 day in ******* and they came a few hours later made the repair. The technician was very kind and professional.
***********, and ****** of Cerified Climate Control LLC were great tech. great installers all were very pleasant and well-mannered could see they were proud of their work. They explained every detail upfront and did a thorough job the price was great and I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors HAVE A GREAT DAY AND THANKS AGAIN
