Certified Climate Control ( CCC ) is a small installation/service company. The technical staff may be competent but are very limited in staff numbers. Waited four days or service visit, then told on a Thursday the the repair would not be available for another 6 days due to available " Quality technical service being available". This service only required " on truck " supplies, not a piece of equipment having to be special ordered and picked up from a supply house at a later date. We definitely understand your frustration, we feel it too, but you called us 6/2 at 8:01 am and we arrived at the home on 6/3 at 2:55pm. That is 30 hours not 4 days, the exaggeration isn't necessary because we don't even want our customers to wait that long but it does happen in the heat of summer. We have been hiring for 2 years non stop but we refuse to hire substandard technicians, our customers expect the best and we work hard to deliver it. I rarely write reviews but I felt I had to when Certified Climate Control responded to my service request. My HVAC was leaking water on my garage floor. The tech they sent "Antwan" arrived as scheduled. He went right to work and correctly diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain. He cleared and flushed the drain in little time. But then, rather than just packing up and leaving, He instead did a complete inspection of the entire system. Including the inside air handler, outside compressor and attic duct work.
