II have used Certified Climate Control for my heating and cooling for 10 years now. When I call the say hello by name. Always friendly and try to accommodate my needs. Day of service, Derrick my tech called to tell me he would be arriving in approximately 35 minutes which was 9:05 am. He enters my home and I show him where the equipment is at. Beware of this company - This company marked up the cost of the supplies 12 times or 1200% Make sure you ask the price of the supply before you agree to have it installed.

We do not do any work without speaking to our customers first and giving them a price. The tech on site spoke with your husband, who met him on site, and got approval as well as payment for work done. The pan tablets we use are the only tablets most manufactures approve as safe for their coils. If you use the wrong tablets, they will eat the aluminum coils and cause them to leak.
