I have a maintenance plan with Certified Climate Control LLC. Jermon was the Tech who came today to inspect our AC and Heating. Jermon did a thorough inspection of our unit to ensure it was working at peak condition. I have used this company many years and the Tech's are always knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. The maintenance plan works out well by keeping any unexpected malfunctions to a minimum which is better for the unit and your pocket.
I purchased my a/c unit in 2018. EVERYONE I have dealt with in this company, from the salesmans, technicians and office personnel, have been nothing but nice, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I'm talking about 5 years of NO ONE being testy, sharp, dismissive or nasty. The techs that come to service my unit for annual maintenance say this company is like a big family and they wouldn't want to work anywhere else. SO, if you are looking for a company that cares about the customer, this one would be it.
Josh kept us informed of the whole process and explained his recommendations for repairs. He was very efficient and did a great job completing the tune-up.
Ethical, knowledgeable and professional. We will ask for Josh for future service calls.
II have used Certified Climate Control for my heating and cooling for 10 years now. When I call the say hello by name. Always friendly and try to accommodate my needs. Day of service, Derrick my tech called to tell me he would be arriving in approximately 35 minutes which was 9:05 am. He enters my home and I show him where the equipment is at. Beware of this company - This company marked up the cost of the supplies 12 times or 1200% Make sure you ask the price of the supply before you agree to have it installed.

We do not do any work without speaking to our customers first and giving them a price. The tech on site spoke with your husband, who met him on site, and got approval as well as payment for work done. The pan tablets we use are the only tablets most manufactures approve as safe for their coils. If you use the wrong tablets, they will eat the aluminum coils and cause them to leak. Just had another outstanding tech repair our a/c. As all techs have been, professional, thorough, and in uniform.. He knew what to do and got it done! Can't say enough good things about this company, from office, to installers and techs and management!
