Nothing “certified” about this company. Bought laminate flooring. The locking system failed, causing several spots to separate. A rep from the company came out, told my husband, “there shouldn’t be a problem replacing it.” Nope. $7,000 in the hole. WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD.
