I had a stroke at birth and came out with cp and had ever since I was a baby and I have done things that any other person would do and it my right side that the cp on I do just fine with my left arm

I was born with cp and also had a twin that passed 2 hours after he was born till this day 21 years later I wish he was still here someone that could under stand what I have going Thur I also have other problems I found this page hope to talk to other people that it or there child does
Supports are always helpful.. this is a great source for many out there. I have issues that come up that would be nice to have some supports for me and my 23 year old whom has cp.

I have a son his name is Dominic. He has CP and is an AMAZING child. Im not sure about the rest of you, but my son has been a fighter from day one. My son was born, then after 10 months he was diagnosed with spastic diplig/. The best decision was getting a pool to swim everyday, or just walking around in the pool and also for socialization, inviting friends to come over. AND also enroll in therapeutic horseback riding. This was very beneficial for helping my son talk. Excercise is SOOOOOO important.
