As a community leader who is always on the pulse of what's happening & trying to help families in and around this location, & each time the white guys blows me off and tells me come back next year. First oil change with full maintenance check on my car that I purchase in February of this year. The service at 8:00am was awesome I may say so myself. I went in again at 8:00 and was on my way home at 8:38 am yesssssss. Awesomeness is what this was really. Thank you Paul Cerame service team....

I went into Paul Cerame Ford with the intentions to purchase a cash vehicle. I was Greeted by David Griffin he was an awesome salesman and had a great sense of humor... Needless to say I ended up getting a Car note, I'm not mad about that at all because I was informed that it would help me build my credit and I was shocked that I even got approved. I am so happy with my new vehicle and just want to spread the word about Paul Cerame they have some Awesome salesman and Financing guys they ROCK! PS I'm waiting to see my picture... read more
The worst service and the most selfish people working this location . Brought my truck in for oil change at 7am they could not get truck done .no phone call nothing Thanks for wasting my time will never bring my truck back here
