I am a repeat customer. I've actually purchased five vehicles inckuding this one. I was excited about the 12 month calendar I received with me standing outside my car. Great salespersons, Vicky Wallace recently and ace Manager Tony Le!.
It's a friendly atmosphere with a group of dynamic Team members who makes your car buying experience GREAT and PROUD to have chosen a dealership that's sincere about you as a consumer and also provides quality care in maintenance repairs.
Tony Lee, rude unprofessional non compassionate. got there at 10:45 with a 11:00 appointment didn't leave until 2:30 for a oil change and emission. If it wasn't for me having the maintenance package I wouldn't go back. Tony told me I could have my keys back and leave with no service rendered. Did not apologize for the wait time. I took too people to that dealership and they purchased cars. However I wild NOT BE RECOMMENDED ANY ONE ELSE TO YHIS DEALERSHIP. now I know why they are having a massive layoff!
