This has to have been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I bought an F150 that was just traded in, so it wasn't ready to come home yet. They took my crappy trade in for more than it was worth and gave me a more than fair deal. The only reason I haven't given them 4 stars is that the truck is not ready yet. Great placed to do business. I have dealt with both stores for sometime and everyone there values their customers.
While I always enjoy my car buying experience, I am upset with how it is going with the service center. We bought our car less than six months ago and the screen for the stereo has already gone out. No worries....its covered under the extended warranty. So I paid the deductable and they said if it came in the following day, they could install it. Hated the customer service that I just experienced from the service department and the fact that I got snubbed my referral bonus for taking my own daughter there to buy her first car. Doug Clever is great but lost respect for everyone else's customer service.
