I want Camden back! I feel like I'm living in the hood and for the amount I pay for rent, that's the last thing I should be feeling!
Ever since this company has taken over from Camden things have been a nightmare. There has been almost no communication since they took over. They don't know how much to charge for rent, they've been posting papers on random entryways rather than contacting resident individually. The only reason I knew about how to sign up for the new portal to pay my rent was because someone on the community facebook page shared the info. That is just plain unprofessional! I have no idea what these peoples names are. They will look at you confused if you ask anything about the property. Oh anf if you dont ask they wont tell you. They dont answer phones, so might as get dressed and walk to the office. Grass hasnt been cut in idk how long, packages have been lost cause theyre so lazy they wont accept it unless they feel like it, key fobs dont always work so good luck getting into your house, hallways look a mess, mud and dirt everywhere outside, trash isn't always picked up so even though you pa... read more
I am very disappointed in the new management. When will the grass be cut? This place looks horrible. Where are the notifications of what's going on? Communication is key. I have not been able to speak with anyone on the phones. I am not satisfied with this service. I have noticed more and more traffic around the area. It makes me very uncomfortable. I don't feel safe.
