Worst experience of my life with this joke of a company! Went ALL SUMMER with no AC THEN gave ME a letter of non-renewal!!!!! The ONLY place that I have EVER had problems with and the ONLY place that has not offered a renewal ESPECIALLY NOT HAVING AC THE ENTIRE SUMMER! RUN! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
My car was towed illegally. The parking passed was clearly posted.
I'm extremely upset at how the community does not have a system in place for parking for the residents. I was in a accident one day and the office was closed when I got my rental. my rental car got towed the same day I got it. I called and emailed the company and no one has reached out to me. Also, I have been complaining about my appartment and hallway smelling like weed and they don't seem to car. I can't wait to move!!
I am a military member so I have moved a lot but this is by far the WORST place I have ever moved. I have had so many problems with this place I don’t know where to begin. No one in the leasing office or in management communicates and continuously gives false information. -PESTS! We have an infestation of ANTS, SPIDERS, AND BEETLES.
