So I've recently moved in at century I must say I will give a 4 out of my stars which I think is generous. I love my apartment features and floor plan. The move in was a little rocky due to things that should have been done way before my move in date being I signed my lease back in March. Other then the little hiccups on my move in date Serwa and April is amazing. Wine night Thursday is a real treat meeting welcoming neighbors and having great varieties of wine to enjoy with great conversation. I look forward to my new home ... read more
TRASH! Management is piss poor. I have been without A/C for over a month! Poor communication, poor management and nasty attitudes when you express concerns for things you pay for! Do not live here! It isn't worth the stress.
The staff at Century Summerfield is absolutely AWESOME they made us feel so welcomed. If and when we decide to relocate this will definitely be our new home.
It's been a long haul, BUT I have seen much improvement from the Century Team since purchasing the property in July 2016. Looking forward to continued progress. ��
