I have lived at this property for almost three years. The property was recently sold to Century in the last 6-8 months. Since the acquisition, the upkeep of the property has diminished. There has been an increase in apartment and car break-ins. There is a high turnover with property staff, so it makes it hard to get any requests completed. This Apartment complex used to be nice. The new Management needs assistance and more training. Especially the facility team. Just my thoughts.
Stay away from this place!! I recently had to break my lease due to a break in! I initially moved to the property when it was under the ownership of Camden Summerfield! I loved the property when it was ran by Camden! The community went completely down when Century summerfield took over the property as a whole became! Noisy, ghetto, absolutely no communication between management and the residents! My apartment and my neighbors was broken into, tv's, computers, clothes and other items of value was taken. Highly rated until my husbands car was broken into today. Please I beg of you to install cameras and hire security. Nice units but managements protection and maintenance of property is below standard.
