We had planned to buy a 4Runner and trade in my Kia. I sent the salesman pictures of my vehicle to show him the damage, after we drove 300 miles to pick up my 4Runner they took $1,000 off of my trade in and would not come down on the price of the 4Runner. Not how you do business. But I can see by the rest of these reviews that they clearly don’t know how anyway. I love my 4Runner but I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Very rude and condescending.
