Thought we were just going to look at some Jeeps and our salesman was very courteous ( Beau Campbell ) was not pushy at all and just let us look. Sale was good. However, that’s where it ended. The service department is very rude and unorganized. Three years in to a new vehicle purchase and too many things going wrong to list. Currently driving around in 20° weather with no heat and they tell me I have to pay to have it looked at even with a warranty. They like to pass the buck. The last time I had it in it was supposed to be a 9 o’clock appointment I called them right before closing to find out that they needed my vehicle for another day or two. If you buy a car from here do not buy a warranty/protection plan and expect to get you car serviced here. First time we had it scheduled they only had time for a oil change and we had left the car all day. We rescheduled to fix the original issue with the car and when we arrived we're informed we didn't have an appointment and they wouldn't be able to get to us for at least the next two days. We work full time and have children and can't leave a car at the service departments disposal for upwards of half a week. They're lack... read more
