The service dept is the worst. I complained about an Oder and the service manager told me to mix water and cleaner and dump it in the vent because there wasn't a cabin filter. The I told the stop/start wasn't working and response was your using your air and the radio. Low a behold I went to a different dealer and the said every jeep Cherokee has a cabin filter. And they also discovered the problem with the stop/start. Needless to say I will never buy another vehicle from here and it's no wonder Chrysler shut them down before... read more
