We had a great experience at century! We drove four hours to look at a truck and they fixed the two issues we had right away, no questions asked, and with no additional charge. We had been in contact with Joe for several days and Scott had everything ready to go. Very easy to work with!

We have purchased 2 vehicles in the past from Century- unfortunately after the purchase of our 2018 Pacifica, the customer service “repaired” the car play on the radio now it randomly freezes, controls don’t work and gets stuck on home screen .When locking the doors with key fob, the rear doors lock then unlock themselves- every time the kids get in the car alarm goes off. Apparently warranty doesn’t cover customer service work. Definitely won’t be a returning customer
I would recommend for the service. Customer Safety with no safe Covid 19 safety except hand sanitizer at cashier . No distancing, no mask. Plexiglass up at counters. Not enough. Sat outside. I took my own chair. Website at time of making appointment did not provide information that they did not have a safe facility. Disappointing since county officials leave safety to business. I wouldn’t go back until I have Immunity.
We are very pleased with our purchase of our 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Our salesman, Steve, did everything he could to make our purchase a pleasant, easy one. He literally bent over backwards to help us from beginning to end. He was very much a professional and very knowledgeable about the whole process. From the beginning of the sale, with helping find the exact truck I wanted, to the delivery, and finance (yes even finance!!) these guys are awesome!
