I have been leasing a 2 bedroom here for over a year, in good standing. My roommate apparently had some type of altercation with the leasing staff that I was never made aware of. My lease is ending and I contacted them about getting a 1 bedroom as I was not going to be staying with my current roommate. I was told that they would not rent to be because of the issue with my roommate. I explained the situation and there stance was the same!! Great way to do business! Not..... Be cautious with this leasing company.
I do not know whether it is lack of training or lack of integrity, but the office staff is the absolute worst. Renewing my lease became a nightmare and ultimately I ended up with one day to find a place to live, move, and turn in my keys. Trash valet an absolute scam, ridiculously high water bill, and the amenities are pathetic. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The staff is absolutely awesome. The grounds meticulously manicured. Business Center always accessible. Pool always sparkling. Maintenance is always on top of things and easily approachable. This is one of the best places I've ever lived. Keep up the good work. CC is a hidden jewel. Find it and let them take care of you like they take care of all of us!
Been living here for 4 years n keep renewing my lease. Love the apartment, the community, and the professionals that run it. Able to feel I'm a part of a family, Camden Cleerbrook. :) :)
