Honestly I LOVED living here. I moved in September 2016 and spent the next 4 years here. I had originally only planned on staying a year, but the front office staff and maintenance staff were so amazing and the community was so great I had to stay. Anything that ever went wrong (wasn't much normal maintenance stuff) the crew was ON TOP of it. More often than not fixed the next day. The community is close to EVERYTHING and The area is beautiful. This place is a legit joke. It’s a complete money scam. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
The best apartment complex in FREDERICK! If you want a safe, fun, and supportive community then look no further. The leasing and management team here are outstanding! They will make sure you feel at home from the moment you visit the property. The tenant appreciation events are a great bonus too. Overall, hands down the number one place in Frederick to rent.
Great apartment that is clean when I moved in and the maintenance and leasing staff is always enthusiastic to help with any problems I have
