It's a wonderful place to live! With Nice and friendly neighbors too. This pet friendly complex has nice sidewalks to walk on, spacious apartments with plenty of room and a Resort Style Swimming Pool . The Office staff is excellent and very responsive. The maintenance crew are experienced and do an excellent timely job! I love it...!!!!!

Best kept secret! I love my home. The office staff, maintenance, and the life guards are great. Century Clearbrook is one of the safest most beautiful places to live.
I recently moved to Frederick and I was very lucky to find the perfect apartment. I am leaving in the three bedrooms apartment and they're huge with great bathrooms and lots of storage rooms. The customer services is amazing there is always someone to help you with any thing you need �
I suggest nobody move in. New landlord managers suck!!!! They are not friendly. They want your money. They not care about you human. I miss my old landlord managers work out alot people. And water bills is bullshit. Because we never home much. Get high bills.
