Seth made me realize why realtors are an important thing to have in buying a house. He was phenomenal throughout the entire process, making purchasing my new home an easy and rather enjoyable experience.
Scott is hands down the best agent I've used to date. Having had 4 other agents in past sales and purchases he set a new standard for what I expect from an agent. He knows the area inside and out as well as everyone in it. Also, the house he helped me purchase was a shortsale. A 1st for me and he made it look easy as we closed in under a month from going under contract. He'll be the only agent to get my business for as long as I'm in Jacksonville.
Scott listed our home on a Friday and by Tuesday we were under contract, and the buyer bought sight unseen. The photographer Scott uses is amazing, the videos are great, the stager he sent was on point, Scott has an amazing team and those peoole, along with his knowledge of the local market got our house sold, and FAST. We would use him again with zero hesitation.
Jim was able to rent an apartment for us in less than 2 months. This was not the first time we have used Jim Sullivan and it won't be the last. Jim is very through, good with responding to emails, texts, phone calls. We have a number of rentals and would not think of tiring to rent them ourselves. Jim does a great job of rating our tenants and providing us with what we ask. I would give Jim 5 stars on all levels. Don't hesitate to use Jim you won't be sorry.
Jim and his team handled our purchase very professionally and made trips to see various properties in Sea Isle City offering very informed opinions and analysis of the market and the properties we were looking to invest it. I have already referred him to others because of this dedication.
Virginia Altis pointed things out on homes we missed, an extremely valuable asset. Never once did she make us feel like her commission was more important than our needs and our retirement home. Again so impressed with this woman. I would highly recommend Virginia Altis to anyone. Timely in every respect as far as paperwork, answers, recommendations, just every detail you can think of, she thought of!! Again Virginia, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
