Nick is exceptional in his field. I had to sell my mother’s home this spring which was emotionally difficult. Nick was sensitive and truly listened to how I needed it handled. We would NOT recommend Century 21 Rauh & Johns. We recently worked with one of their realtors who spent very little time on the sale of our $390,500 home. She communicated by curtly answering us through texts, never reviewed the sale process, and, most importantly, never reviewed what she included in the contract of sale. Nick Christopher, in my opinion, is the content expert for any/all real estate in South Jersey. Helped me find my home in 2014, and then sell it 5 years later. Walked through every step of the real estate equation in great detail. I would not do real estate business in New Jersey with out his direct guidance and leadership!

Jim was able to rent an apartment for us in less than 2 months. This was not the first time we have used Jim Sullivan and it won't be the last. Jim is very through, good with responding to emails, texts, phone calls. We have a number of rentals and would not think of tiring to rent them ourselves. Jim does a great job of rating our tenants and providing us with what we ask. I would give Jim 5 stars on all levels. Don't hesitate to use Jim you won't be sorry.
