Nick has sold two homes for us and one for a very close friend. He always does an outstanding job. Nick knows the real estate business inside and out. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and always follows through. We highly recommend Nick!
Nick is exceptional in his field. I had to sell my mother’s home this spring which was emotionally difficult. Nick was sensitive and truly listened to how I needed it handled. His level of integrity is of the highest caliber. Nick was always available to answer my many questions and concerns. The house sold in just a few days. The process was easy and manageable because he was present for the entire process. I recommend Nick highly to anyone considering selling a home!
Nick is in my opinion one of the best realtor's to work with. He is reliable, trustworthy and very knowledgeable about what is going on in the housing market. He made our entire buying and selling experience very easy. He took time out to explain different things going on to me. He answered my questions regardless of what time of the day it was. We would NOT recommend Century 21 Rauh & Johns. We recently worked with one of their realtors who spent very little time on the sale of our $390,500 home. She communicated by curtly answering us through texts, never reviewed the sale process, and, most importantly, never reviewed what she included in the contract of sale. Seth is an outstanding real estate professional who truly knows the Rapid City area market. He is also a great person to work with and makes the buying and selling experience go incredibly smoothly. I live out of state, and he worked with me long-distance to make sure the house looked great, the paperwork was done electronically, and even last-minute issues were handled with his help to ensure a smooth, on-time closing. He is definitely a 5-star agent!
Overall we were very happy with Seth for both the buying and the selling of our home. Everything was done professionally, quickly, and effectively. There was only one area where we did not see eye to eye at first - that was dealing with the listing price of the home. Dawn was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and impressive with selling my home in San Luis Obispo. This was not an easy sale as we had an HOA who made it very difficult for us, sabotaging the sale several times.
