We bought our mobile home in SLO from Dawn. She was excellent at inspecting the home for us, negotiating and closing. Then 10 years later we had Dawn sell it for us. She was awesome!!! It was an incredible challenge because there were repairs we needed to do, but my daughter had moved out and was living in Atlanta. Dawn helped set up contractors. Nick Christopher, in my opinion, is the content expert for any/all real estate in South Jersey. Helped me find my home in 2014, and then sell it 5 years later. Walked through every step of the real estate equation in great detail. I would not do real estate business in New Jersey with out his direct guidance and leadership!

Seth was great! He was very knowledgeable and offered great non-biased advice, but always made sure that whatever I chose was my decision and to take my time. He was a lot of fun to work with as well and very prompt to get back to me regarding the sell/purchase our our homes, he also was a great advocate for us during this process. My family and I could not be happier with the turnout, we would definitely recommend Seth Malott to anyone and will for sure use him again if the opportunity presents itself!

I had rented an apartment through Calabrese realty , Terry Julien 9040 barr place , north bergen, NJ 07047. Then i vacated the property as per lease ending 30-aug-18. However its been more than 30 days and they're not returning my deposit and giving excuses. So i reached out to the realtor on 31st day that if he could help me get my deposit back. Jen was a fantastic realtor. She answered every single text and phone call. No matter what time of day I would message her, she would respond right away. Jen also provided great insight on things we should do with the house to help it sell fast.

We cannot thank Seth enough for his constant attention to detail and concern for helping our family find the right house. We were 75% finished with closing on a house and something fell through on the sellers end.
