I would recommend against the use of this office based on my experience. We made an offer on a home in Roscommon County. Karen Hill was the listing real estate agent from Century 21 Northland. When I received the proposed purchase agreement from Mrs. Hill not only were there many irregularities in the documents that I received, but the property was also clearly misrepresented.
