It was time for me to purchase my first home. I started looking at all the websites online at homes and was just so overwhelmed and nervous. Mrs. Erlandson helped us tremendously im our search for a home. Her knowledge of the area was very useful when looking in towns around where we were directly from. Charles Geran is the man! The process in buying my house was difficult due to the indifference of the bank selling the house, and the ineptitude of their agent. Charles Geran helped me cut through it all. His commission could not have been large on the sale, but it didn't matter. Charles was always available, and at times went beyond what I felt the limits of his responsibilities were. Anyone who gets him for an agent is lucky. And my Mom agrees.
