We met Lisa on a whim at one of her open houses driving and trying to get our 8 week old and 2 year old to fall asleep, but we swear it was fate! I’ve known Jackson for a few years now (since before he was a real estate agent!). When my boyfriend and I were ready to buy a house, of course we reached out to him. Melissa on his team was incredibly helpful. It was difficult at times with the seller sometimes being uncooperative or unresponsive, but Jackson and Melissa made us feel really comfortable about reaching out to them at any time, for any reason, and they always kept us in the loop. They are awesome! What a great duo.
LuAnn is very knowledgeable of the area where we purchased our home. LuAnn was great to work with, I would highly recommend LuAnn. We are in a different state and LuAnn assisted every time we asked.

Lisa was great. We were first time home buyers so knowing what to look for when seeing a house was not our expertise. Lisa would point out things that we wouldn't even think to look at. When we found our dream home and learned it already had multiple offers, Lisa stayed up with us until 11:30 PM to make sure that we submitted our offer and the next day the house was ours! We are also knew to the area so she showed us around and have us pointers as well. She's great.
Lisa was easily reachable and always returned a text or email. After a few listings fell through, she was able to get more listings for the next day for us to go see and worked around our schedule. She helped through every step of the process and that relieved a lot of stress for my first time buying a house. Thanks Lisa!!
Janice is absolutely the BEST!! We had a great experience working with Janice. We couldn’t believe how responsive she was to all of our requests and questions. It was a crazy ride with tight timing, but Janice made it easy and comforting to go through the whole process. We definitely could not have done this without Janice's help. Luann Novak was amazing! She exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend her. My house was in a very difficult area to sell yet it only took two months. Extremely professional and easy to work with.
Pretty much the best realtor ever. Having worked with many realtors through our many military moves, Victoria goes above and beyond what's expected, let alone her job and continues to be an unbelievable help with our current rental. Buying process and military advantage knowledge was/is great. We've referred her several times to military friends and family, and we will obviously sell/buy with Victoria again.
