Through a friend I was told to get in touch with Charles Geran who works for C21. I was very impressed with his knowledge, responsiveness and negotiation skills. I have given his business cards out to many of my friends.
Jackson has the professionalism and courtesy of a seasoned veteran in his field. He is very knowledgeable and is always available for you. If he is helping you with your next purchase or sale, consider yourselves lucky. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Me and my wife are now very happy in our new home!

Lidia is a good solid real estate agent. She is fast to respond to any need you may have during the selling process. She gives suggestions freely that helps with selling quickly. She has a smooth personality and always gets the job done. Her professionalism has made selling my home an easy process. The only negative thing I can say is she needs to be more assertive. She knows her business and should let others know she knows. It would make the process easier.
My experience has been nothing but positive feedback. You call or text him and he gets back to you in a timely response. Extremely courteous, patient, reliable, informative, knowledgeable and helpful. He understands your concerns and moves in the direction needed to sell my home. I can't say enough about him, I truly recommend him for any real estate needs from buying, to selling or just looking. He is your man.
Lidia is completely unprofessional and a horrible agent to work with. She is very bossy and if you disagree with her she makes you feel dumb. Never once did I feel comfortable talking with her and she never seemed very knowledgeable of anything. I do not recommend Lidia to anyone looking to have fun purchasing a home!

I consider myself very lucky to have the opportunity to work with Charles. Ive worked with a lot of Realtors between NJ and FL and Ive had to contend with a lot of nonsense. He by far has been the most helpful and professional. I would give anything if I had him in FL to help me sell my home there. He truly is an asset in the world of Real Estate.
