Lidia helped me search and purchase my first home as a newly divorced woman. Her dedication and patience were unmatched! I searched many homes to find the one. We absolutely loved Luann! She was extremely helpful and thorough in helping us find a home to rent. She treats you like family and is more concerned with giving you honest advice over making the sale. Honesty in the purchase of a home is absolutely vital in my opinion and considering she worked so well with and for us when we were searching for a rental , we will certainly be utilizing her services when we purchase a house this year !
Luann Novak has been a pleasure to work with. From working with agents before i rate Luann at the top because of how much work and dedication she put into finding the perfect home for my growing family. As soon as houses were listed i was the first to know. The house we bought was on the market 2 days as we were walking thru it and loved it. I currently have 2 pieces of land listed with Luann and have been getting many response. She not fake or phony she truly cares about her clients.
Luann is the Best! She is helping us with a short sale since summer of last year. The process is not easy but she still helps us by giving us great advice and support. We are very close to the end!! i would definitly recommend her!!
Charles was very helpful in finding a home in an area that I had no knowledge off. He showed homes that met my wish list. He was very pleasant when we met and showed me the necessary hot spots in the area, ie supermarket, banks, eatery.
